Professional athletes heart rate (seb coe)?

since i have got really fit through exercise my reting heart rate has gone down to 48, i told my mate this and that i train above 180bpm. his response was that seb coe was so fit that his heart rate peaked at 60 bpm during a race-i believe this to be complete bullpoo but does anyone have any data on professional athletes heart rates?
